Trip Protection Plan: Aegean Blue Excursions highly recommends that you purchase a Trip Protection Plan for Trip Cancellation/Trip Interruption, Emergency Medical and Emergency Evacuation/Repatriation, Trip Delay, Baggage Delay, and more.

Accommodations: Accommodations are subject to change depending on circumstances such as weather, availability, etc. If a change is required, Aegean Blue Excursions will strive to provide accommodations that will be in hotels of similar quality whenever possible.

Meals: Provided meals may require an extra charge for beverages not already included in the meals of the day. Refunds for unused meals are not possible.

Items not Included: The traveler is solely responsible for all items not included in the price of the tour, such as laundry service, drinks or meals not included in the itinerary, room service, sightseeing or services other than those specifically mentioned.

Lost or Stolen Items: Aegean Blue Excursions is not responsible for lost or stolen luggage or other personal items for the duration of the tour.

Non-refundable Fees: Because Aegean Blue Excursions must pay hotels, restaurants, and excursions months in advance of the actual tour, your cost becomes non-refundable 60 days prior to the tour date. We encourage all of our travelers to purchase trip insurance because of this necessity.

Changes to Itinerary: Aegean Blue Excursions reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary as deemed necessary by Aegean Blue Excursions. If itinerary changes necessitate extra overnights, the traveler will be charged the cost of the additional hotel accommodation, meals and single room supplement as required. Should any sights be missed due to unforeseen changes, no refund for missed touring can be given.

Fit to Travel: By registering, travelers accept responsibility for being in good health and able to walk and travel on the tour. Please advise Aegean Blue Excursions of any physical limitations that may impact your tour.

Responsibility & Liability: Aegean Blue Excursions, and the participating Tour Operators operate the land tours offered under this program only as agents of the railroads, car rental contractors, ship lines, hotels, bus operators, sightseeing contractors and others which provide the actual land arrangements, and as such, Aegean Blue Excursions is not liable for any act, omission, delay, injury, loss or damage, or non-performance occurring in connection with these arrangements. The passage contract in use by these companies when issued shall constitute the sole contract between the companies and the purchaser of these tours and/or passage. The tour operator reserves the right to change the itinerary, delete or substitute sites when the tour operator feels it to be in the best interest of the tour.
